The City of Bunbury is looking for someone with a flair for customer service and community engagement who is also proficient with modern software and technologies and has a good understanding of project management.
As the Surveillance and Parking Solutions Officer you will have the opportunity to be part of driving real change in our community. This role balances frontline community-based education and enforcement duties with analysis of parking and surveillance data. The City is entering a new chapter of smart systems so you will be tasked with making sure our smart parking system is operational, while identifying opportunities for expansion and change.
You will work closely with our Smart Parking partners, WA Police and our Rangers & Emergency Management team to ensure our systems align with policies, legislation and changes in the industry.
To be successful for this position it is vital that you have had experience in conflict resolution and customer service. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You will be supporting the City with the enforcement of policy and guidelines and ensuring our community clearly understands their rights and responsibilities.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2022 Enterprise Agreement with a salary range of $72,359 - $79,091 gross depending on knowledge and experience.
