The System Service Technician Food & Bev will run commissioning activities across F&B and FTAP business within ANZ. The incumbent will be responsible to achieve agreed revenue service target and ensuring successful piloting, commissioning, rental equipment, element cleaning and After Sales Servicing of Pall Food and Beverage systems and Fluid Technology & Asset Protection, working independently (remotely) throughout Australia & New Zealand region.

Key responsibilities:
+ Responsibly performing all services in compliance with applicable Pall, site and industrial safety practices
+ To work with the local Sales Engineers to achieve agreed service revenue targets through a cohesive effort.
+ Training customers on correct operation of systems.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders of equipment at customer site regarding equipment status.
+ Responsible for testing, optimising and troubleshooting all systems hardware, PLC software and HMI software, based on established designs.
+ Responsible for implementing, documenting and reporting system modifications under direction of Systems Service Manager
+ Ensure Pall systems are serviced in accordance with Work Packages including Quality Control requirements, and assisting with Service Estimating and Scheduling
+ Responsible for managing service and equipment project under SAP including getting 3rd party vendor quotation, purchase request and cooperating with other function – sales, buyer, warehouse, logistic, customer service and finance.
+ Responsible for other service business – Pall’s Rental equipment and Element cleaning by 3rd party
+ To work safely and to comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
+ Responsible for testing, optimizing and troubleshooting all systems hardware, PLC software and HMI software, based on established designs.
Requirements:
+ Registered electrician qualifications with PLC experience
+ 5 years of experience in service technician with good technical , mechanical and electrical within machine/system related to liquid system/technologies
+ Familiar with Siemens PLC software
+ Familiar with MS suites such as Outlook, MS word, Excel
+ Good communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
+ Self-starters, and reliable
+ Ability to travel within ANZ and further afield, with some overnight stays as necessary
