As the primary interface between the People function and the lines-of-business, the Talent Advisory Partner will diagnose organizational issues and execute HR solutions to help address business challenges in APJ region specifically in Japan.Picture Yourself at Pega:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Advisory Partner (TAP) to join our dynamic People team. The TAP will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and organizational success by providing expert support in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, reporting & analytics, as well as, recruiting. This role will heavily focus on handling employee relations matters, which typically involves investigations, coaching managers on how to handle low performance and playing a key role in helping managers and employees work through a restructuring from beginning to end. All of which are critically important to the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.In addition, this role will dedicate time to providing adhoc support in various HR capabilities such as workforce planning, organizational design, and reporting & analytics. The TAP will work together with People Business Partners in support of business objectives and deliverables, which could include talent cultivation and rewards initiatives to ensure the growth and retention of our most valuable asset – our employees.What You'll Do at Pega:Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and legal regulations.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.Advise COEs on design of policies, processes, controls, tier 0, enablement and change management for HR offerings that minimize employee relations issues.Assist in the implementation of organizational design initiatives to optimise workflows, enhance productivity, and foster a high-performance culture.Understand and leverage People related reports and dashboards to provide insights on key metrics, including turnover, headcount, recruitment effectiveness, and other relevant data points.Support the recruitment process by participating in select interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing input on selection decisions.Partner with the People team and business leaders to develop and implement talent development initiatives, including performance management, career progression, and employee development plans.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance our program offerings, portal content and tools that enable end to end delivery of processes & programs.
