You’ll work closely with Talent Partners, HRBPs, customers, and stakeholders to develop and continuously improve impactful solutions across the organization.For this remote position, we’re ideally looking for someone based in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure optimal collaboration with our team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, the Philippines, and India, while being flexible to accommodate the diverse time zones of our global team.Manage and direct a team of Talent Development and Organizational Development Partners located around the world, nurturing their professional growth and development through ongoing mentorship and coaching.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Craft-specific talent development needs across the business.In close partnership with the business, build and continuously improve craft-specific onboarding and upskilling programs (e.g., Intern and New Grad Onboarding) to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful.Develop and oversee our portfolio of Organizational Development products, frameworks, and services designed to support the continuous evolution of Atlassian’s talent ecosystem.Oversee the strategy and maintenance of employee Growth Profiles, providing employees with clear expectations of their current role and level, while also showing a growth path forward.Curate and manage an Employee Skills & Talent Marketplace to promote internal mobility and talent optimization across the organization.Spearhead enterprise and craft-specific career pathing strategies, providing clear trajectories for employee growth and satisfaction.Utilize organizational design and diagnostics to identify areas for structural effectiveness and then develop interventions to drive impactful change in close partnership with the business.Define success measures to help understand the impact of your efforts on employee performance and organizational health and hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving results.Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability to support Atlassian’s evolving business landscape.Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.At least 15 years of experience in talent development with proven expertise in building, scaling and refining impactful programs, products, processes, and frameworks.At least 5 years of experience managing global teams, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing talent in a healthy team environment.Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing end-to-end talent solutions that align with business objectives and add measurable value.In-depth knowledge of talent and organizational effectiveness principles, frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with proficiency in organizational diagnostics and design.Capable of understanding diverse talent needs throughout the organization and building strategically prioritized roadmaps to meet them.Vetted program and project management skills, capable of ensuring execution excellence in dynamic, agile environments.Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and performance measurement.Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complex HR terminology and data insights into actionable strategies through storytelling.Demonstrated ability to build trusted and productive working relationships with partners and stakeholders of all levels across the business.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
