The Role
Based in a modern workplace at the heart of Adelaide's CBD, surrounded by vibrant cafes and shops, and easily accessible via public transport, the position of the Team Administrator / Resourcer is integral to the success of the entire team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of administration and resourcing duties. You will support consultants by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns. Other responsibilities for this role will include:
About You
Presenting as highly polished and with a clear affinity for your personal appearance, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will have a kind and empathetic nature together with self-confidence and the ability to conduct yourself socially among your colleagues, our candidates and our clients.
Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in HR, administration or recruitment. As a self-starter, you should be determined to succeed in a solution-oriented business which enjoys positive energy. Supported by the leadership team, you will be provided with all the guidance, training, and tools to flourish in your career.
