Their talented therapists are most passionate about delivering a mobile allied health experience for their valued clients.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate Team Lead Podiatrist to join an expanding aged care and disability service provider in Melbourne.
In this role, you will be delivering clinical care out in the community to clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Provide client-focused Podiatrist services and deliver comprehensive assessments for a diverse caseload. Apply evidence-based practice to create rehabilitation programs and justify your treatment approach. You will also collaborate with other allied health team members, care coordinators, and facility managers and take part in educational programs. You will also be responsible to mentoring and support to other team members.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

About You:
- Relevant qualification in Podiatry
- AHPRA registration
- 5 years clinical experience
- Previous community Podiatry and/or aged care experience is desirable but not essential
- Mentoring fellow team member experience
- A passion for high-quality service delivery
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of community aged care programs is strongly desired
- Strong organisational skills
- Current driver's licence and car
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
