PositionCouncil is offering a great opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual to plan, lead and motivate work teams to complete Council's utilities construction programs specifically in the areas of water, wastewater, stormwater and revetment walls. The successful candidate will bring experience in a similar role with proven knowledge of civil construction principles.
