Joining our parks team means being a part of a dynamic and fulfilling team, where your contributions directly impact the overall experience of our community!  About the role  As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for delivering horticultural & green keeping services that ensure our Parks and Open Spaces are maintained and improved to enhance the appearance of our city!  On a daily basis you will:  Execute maintenance and work schedules for parks and open space assets.  Work collaboratively with the park maintenance teams to ensure all required works are achieved.  Operate Tractor, other plant and equipment required for the completion of works.  Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed, to assist other parks teams and operational areas, particularly in wet weather or other emergencies to meet community needs.  Ensure correct completion of all necessary administrative functions (electronic & paper-based).  About You  As the Tractor Operator you will bring your adaptability, attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. What's on offer:  This is a Permanent Full-Time position. Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm 38 hours per week Monthly rostered day off We are offering an attractive weekly remuneration from $1,183 to $1,302 plus 11% Superannuation.  This position will attract allowances in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023, this could include the Adverse Working Conditions Level Allowance & First Aid Allowance.
