About the role:
Are you a Trainer Assessor looking for work? WorkPac are currently recruiting candidates for DIDO opportunities at an open cut coal mine site near Boggabri. Be part of the close-knit crew with a great team culture at one of the smaller pits in the Gunnedah Basin
What you will need:
Previous experience operating in a production mining environment. (Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Diggers etc)
Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor in an Open Cut mine
Must Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Current Skills List or signed VOCs from a previous mine site
Full C Class Licence
Ability to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.
What you will be doing:
Facilitate employee training in machines and assessments across site
Facilitating site inductions- when required
Keeping accurate records of training sessions and assessments.
Providing guidance and support to mining personnel throughout their training and development
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the training sessions align with organisational goals and industry standards.
Benefits:
Flat rate of $80/hr
Day shift only - 10.5hr shifts
Superannuation paid on all rostered hours
Camp and Meals provided at Civeo Village Boggabri
DIDO from anywhere in NSW dependent on Fatigue Management
