Job Description As the Veterinary Director, you would be responsible for overseeing the overall clinical operations of the practice, including managing the veterinary team, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you would have the opportunity to take on business leadership roles and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic, taking it to the next era of veterinary medicine. Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment, you are empowered to manage your cases while being supported by emergency and after-hours hospitals, which means that we are able to offer overnight care to our patients and easy patient referrals, to avoid placing additional stress on our team and to ensure that a healthy work-life balance is maintained. Qualifications This role is best suited to a Veterinarian with at least 4 years practical experience. Clinical leadership and management skills desired but not essential as we will mentor you! To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations.
