Provide general direction to the waste Education team andindirect support to staff across the Waste and CleaningSub-Unit, conducting performance reviews and providing stafftraining and development as applicable. Undertake feasibility, planning and budget preparation ofsignificant waste and cleaning capital projects. Prioritise, implement and analytically monitor projectsagainst objectives, standards, timelines and key performanceindicators and where necessary recommend areas for improvementand action adaptations, whilst being ultimately accountable foroutcomes. Maintain compliant work practices in accordance with allrelevant legislation, recordkeeping frameworks and all otherrelevant Council policies and procedures, and otherframeworks.
