This includes ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on teamsDrive relevant productivity practices and support incident investigation, process and system remediation as required. This may include system changes and maintenance (e.g. teams, skills, agent, groups)Proactively identify operational, process and system opportunities to improve productivity outcomesProduce high quality reporting, analysis and insights relating to workforce productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency outputs, including raising/reporting performance risks to National Assessing Leadership teamProvide high-level support to National Assessment leadership team in operationalising the business strategyApply governance practices and controls to ensure activity timings and related productivity metrics remain relevantWhat you’ll bringPrevious business improvement and change management experienceSuncorp Group is all about making a difference for people and in the communities, they call home.
