Job Description
As a Senior Manager in our US Tax Team, you will be a strategic business partner to our clients - helping them transform their mobility programmes. You will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects on new and existing clients, helping to increase efficiencies and bringing in the specialist skills and experience as needed from across the team and wider Global Mobility practice within Vialto Partners.
Other day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and may include:
- Delivering accurate and proactive tax advice on issues pertaining to the deployment of mobile employees.
- Conducting US tax consultations for assignees with complex situations and VIPs.
- Supporting current and new Global Mobility technology products. Identifying consulting and other business development opportunities.
- Liaising with overseas colleagues in order to provide coordinated global tax advice.
- Overseeing the personal and technical development of more junior colleagues.
We are looking for someone who can operate effectively in a collaborative manner that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries. The following attributes are important to the team:
- Experience in US tax consulting & compliance.
- An enthusiastic team player, who demonstrates an ability to contribute new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems and takes others along on the journey with them.
- Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality and diverse relationships.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Tax and CA/CPA qualified (or qualified by experience).

- Minimum Years of Experience:5 to 8 years
- Certification(s) Required: CA/CPA qualified

Additional Information
This is a fixed term contract that would start from March or April and end in Dec . There may be a possibility of extension, depending on business needs.
