The Opportunity As an Account Manager, you will be joining the Melbourne based Construction Sales Team working alongside new and existing accounts with an aim to maximise sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role will see you work to deliver value based solutions to the portfolio of customers and projects across your territory Some of the skills you have: Previous exposure to account management or business development practices Ability to engage with external + internal stakeholders and bring people on a journey High level written and verbal communication skills The ability to work autonomously, prioritising and managing your workload accordingly A proactive and dynamic mindset to follow up on leads and create conversions Some of the tasks in the role: Support the customers and projects across your territory to support overall satisfaction Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs Proactively promote and grow market share through lead conversion Actively work to manage budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets Work in partnership with the Team to deliver value based outcomes Our Story Blackwoods is Australia's leading supplier of industrial and safety supplies.
