Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department- Continuously seeking ways to improve customer support processes and procedures
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
