Minimum qualifications:
+ 12 years of experience as HR Business Partner or Generalist.
+ Experience developing, leading and implementing a multi market people strategy focused on , retention, risk mitigation, diversity and inclusion and culture.
+ Experience in leading via influence and coaching seniors cross functional leadership teams through complexity.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in leading and implementing global and/or regional HR programs, including risk management/mitigation, change management, business readiness, communications, labour relations strategies, and leadership development.
+ Experience in employment laws, regulations and HR priorities, in Australia and New Zealand.
+ Experience in leading and guiding a team of Human Resources Professionals.
+ Experience in developing and leading DEI initiatives.
+ Ability to influence and partner with all levels of leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.

Please note that interstate and some international travel will be required.
+ Lead the Human Resources (HR) strategy and act as the primary point of contact, market advocate, and strategic partner for Australia and New Zealand markets.
In particular the AUNZ, Managing Director and cross functional leaders.
+ Oversee People Operations related audits and regulatory reviews initiated by local governments and external entities to ensure compliance.
+ Address critical market issues and escalate, and build partnerships with Legal, Integrity, Labour Relations, and Employee Relations teams.
+ Drive and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs including DEI Councils and programs across diverse teams and groups.
+ Work with executive management across multiple product areas and functions in Australia and New Zealand to foster a united leadership body.
