This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, personable, and adaptable individual to join our People & Culture team! TheOrganisational Development Advisorplays a key role in empowering and enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our workforce.
This role is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, including a monthly RDO and flexible work options.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support theLeadership Development Program.
Collaborate with teams tolead learning and development offerings to support growth, performance and capability.
Work on initiatives that addressworkforce planning, learning and development, talent, capability, leadership, employee engagement and delivering culture change.
Design engaging experiencesto drive learning and organisational development.
Collaboratewith stakeholders and teamsto understand and provide diverse and inclusive training and development activitiesincluding creating customised learning and development plans for all staff.
Coordinate thedevelopment of learning programs and projects.
Provideadvice on training and development opportunities.
Manage theadministration of the e-learning systemand maintain data integrity.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Passion for and knowledge of contemporary and innovative learning opportunities.
Experience in using a HR Management system, e-learning platforms, and reporting.
Relevant qualifications and/or suitable experience in Organisational Development or Human Resources.
