This is an opportunity that rarely exists for an Human Resources Advisor with prior talent management experience to further develop your career within Organisational Development. Reporting to the Organisational Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for operationally assisting with the attraction, engagement, retention and development of top talent. You will be involved with reviewing, developing and creating specific projects surrounding proactive talent management, capability development, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention and performance management. You will be instrumental in implementing projects and providing coaching and development of line management to instil best practice. This position is suited to a generalist human resource advisor who has prior experience with supporting the leadership in the development of the capability of their team, or alternately to an organisational development advisor who is seeking to further develop their career within this specialism. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the talent framework and, ideally, knowledge of the mining or a related sector from within a medium to large sized business. You will excel in a project environment, be an effective communicator and have the ability to influence engagement and execution for implementation of projects.
