Reporting to the VP, Commercial, the Project Lead, eCommerce Growth role will be focussed on developing an end-to-end understanding of UMA eCommerce functions and supporting the Director, eCommerce Development and the eCommerce team as they embark on a new phase of operating. Specifically, the role will be responsible for supporting all Shopify 1 & 2 deliverables including the scaling of Shopify 2.0 migration across all AU managed stores.This role is designed to also inject fresh perspectives, eCommerce insights and ideas to inspire creativity and efficiency in the UMA eCommerce future state set up as part of the migration roleCore focus: Migration Project –Executing the migration of stores onto Shopify 2 set up. Collaborate with the Project Manager on all asks from eCommerce team.Support all eCommerce team needs in the execution of the migration project, including coordination of timelines for all deliverables, sourcing of data and reporting as needed, from start to end delivery to the programSupport & Executing eCommerce store manager campaign requirements as needed day to day.Additional Functions:Support the Director, eCommerce Development with all day-to-day functions.Develop an end-to-end understanding of the operational workflows for all D2C campaigns from inception to shipping to customers.Share industry leading best practice, insights, and ideas.Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or quality.Work with external vendors including service provider, training partners and suppliers to achieve best outcomes as required.1 year contract with option to extend.About youSignificant experience in Digital/ eCommerce/ Online RetailTertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce, media and communications, or relevant area preferred.Intermediate to advanced skills in Shopify 2 (preferred)Experience in Photoshop.Willing to work outside the hours of ordinary business hours when ability to manage competing priorities and to collaboratively engage with multiple stakeholders.Ability to inspire teams.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong and lasting working relationships with internal and external contacts.Demonstrated senior stakeholder management & engagement experience.Demonstrated product development capability and creative skills.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Strong financial do attitude, solutions orientated and strong interpersonal skills with ability to create excellent working relationshipsPassion for music, highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with strong attention to detail and skilled project management.Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop data-driven strategyIn depth understanding of web development and experienced in content strategy, email marketing and database managementHighly capable in measuring website performance and spotting areas to improveExpert in online user experience (UX), experienced in Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO, Online Advertising, Social Media) and a high level understanding of online CRM toolsAbout usCareer opportunities – unique and rare opportunity to elevate your career in a supportive, motivated and ambitious teamThe opportunity to join the WORLDS leading music companyAll the perks of working within the music industry (did someone say live music?)X 2 'U-Days' per calendar year to spend however you like!Strengths based learning and development opportunitiesMuch more….!At Universal Music we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity as an equal opportunity employer.
