Universal Music Australia is looking to appoint a Project Lead for eCommerce Growth (12-month fixed-term contract). Reporting to the VP, Commercial, the Project Lead, eCommerce Growth role will be focussed on developing an end-to-end understanding of UMA eCommerce functions and supporting the Director, eCommerce Development and the eCommerce team as they embark on a new phase of operating. Specifically, the role will be responsible for supporting all Shopify 1 & 2 deliverables including the scaling of Shopify 2.0 migration across all AU managed stores. This role is designed to also inject fresh perspectives, eCommerce insights and ideas to inspire creativity and efficiency in the UMA eCommerce future state set up as part of the migration project. The role Core focus: Migration Project – Executing the migration of stores onto Shopify 2 set up. Collaborate with the Project Manager on all asks from eCommerce team. Support all eCommerce team needs in the execution of the migration project, including coordination of timelines for all deliverables, sourcing of data and reporting as needed, from start to end delivery to the program Support & Executing eCommerce store manager campaign requirements as needed day to day. Additional Functions: Support the Director, eCommerce Development with all day-to-day functions. Develop an end-to-end understanding of the operational workflows for all D2C campaigns from inception to shipping to customers. Share industry leading best practice, insights, and ideas. Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or quality. Work with external vendors including service provider, training partners and suppliers to achieve best outcomes as required. 1 year contract with option to extend. About you Significant experience in Digital/ eCommerce/ Online Retail Tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce, media and communications, or relevant area preferred. Intermediate to advanced skills in Shopify 2 (preferred) Experience in Photoshop. Willing to work outside the hours of ordinary business hours when required. An ability to manage competing priorities and to collaboratively engage with multiple stakeholders. Ability to inspire teams. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong and lasting working relationships with internal and external contacts. Demonstrated senior stakeholder management & engagement experience. Demonstrated product development capability and creative skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strong financial acumen. Can do attitude, solutions orientated and strong interpersonal skills with ability to create excellent working relationships Passion for music, highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with strong attention to detail and skilled project management.
