Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network, Nursing & Midwifery Services, Port Augusta Salary: $72,651 - $99,129 p.a (pro rata) - Ongoing Part Time - RN/M1 The Registered Nurse Role
The Registered Nurse (Theatre and Day Surgery) provides nursing and/or midwifery services in health service settings. Employees working within this level develop from novice practitioners to a proficient level of professional practice. They consolidate knowledge and skills and develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience. An employee at this level accepts accountability for his or her own standards of nursing/midwifery care and for activities delegated to others.
Rostered after hours and weekend on-call provisions will apply. The successful applicant will be expected to work across all roles within the Theatre and Day Surgery unit.
Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
This is a multiple positions part time vacancy, hours to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
