Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at ConAgra Foods. This is a remote work position, based in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of chat agents.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and customer satisfaction- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies- Train and coach chat agents to improve customer service skills and performance- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to implement changes and enhancements to the web chat system- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management or customer service- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chat agents- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions- Resourceful and hardworking personality- Experience in people management and strategic planning- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
