As an Account Manager, you will be in the Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and QSR team, and you will partner with clients and their agencies to develop digital strategies. You will identify clients’ business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives, demonstrating how Google products can enhance and transform their business. You will play a leading role in transferring learnings from our client to the wider industry sector and sharing your expertise. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shape how new and existing businesses grow. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing business strategies, training and plans to drive opportunities with existing customers including new product launches and adoption programs.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and partner the customer within Google through forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to clients.
  • Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers and cross-functionally to optimize their advertising.
  • Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied.
  • Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, and/or client stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and strategic search campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally, toward a strategic plan in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital media performance patterns and/or branding measurement, as well as traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work with evolving and emerging products, strategically driving and implementing ideas to meet client needs and scale business.
