Job Description

Collation and distribution of monthly reports Our client, an Engineering firm based in the heart of North CBD, is currently seeking a self motivated and professionally minded Administration Assistant to support an Asset Management team with project based Administration. This will be a 3 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension.

You will be the “go to” person and will bring with you an evident administrative background and experience in corporate office support. You will also enjoy being involved in project based work as this is a strong element to the role. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:

  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Collation and distribution of monthly reports
  • Attending monthly Board meetings for documenting meeting minutes
  • Review / respond to emails
  • Creation of SharePoint new sites file structure
  • Other project coordination or company secretarial functions as required
  • To be considered for this vacancy, you will possess the following;

  •  Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
