The role

This role will be based in and responsible for Liverpool Plant, reporting to HR Director Oceania

This role will be part of a team counting on peers from another AU plant and NZ

This role will be part of a Regional HR team across Oceania and South East Asia

This role will be supporting all of HR processes, contribute to key HR projects and initiatives:

  • Industrial Relationship
  • Business partner for Operations and other organizational structures
  • Manage activities & HR systems such as: Salary / Performance / Recruitment / Organizational charts
  • Manage the End-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop, maintain and role model a culture that is open to change and innovation, and supports collaboration, respect and accountability
  • Work the regional team to delivery of different training needs
  • Liaise with Payroll to track staff movements within business and changes of terms and conditions of employment
  • Support on policy review process
  • Assist with a variety of HR-related tasks and other duties as needed
  • Who we are looking for:

  • > 5 years’ experience as HR plant role/Business partner, preferred international company with manufacture industrial footprint, > 150/200 employees
  • Ability to confidently build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive attitude, Culture and people first attitude
  • Pragmatic, consultative and hands-on style with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work with high volumes and maintain a high quality of work under pressure.
  • Good Time management and attention to detail. Resilience and accuracy.
  • Strong working experience in both blue and white collar environment and sound understanding of the modern industrial awards
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to make quick decisions, do a deal, are self-driven to success & cope with a high paced job where they are not always in control of the workload.
