Our client is looking for a bookkeeper who has experience working with multiple clients/ entities for a permanent opportunity that will be commencing on a contract basis to begin with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Processing reports, completing BAS/IAS
  • Management of cash flow and financial statements
  • Understanding of multiple EBA’s and Awards
  • Accounts to Trial Balance
  • Record keeping, data entry, updating employee records
  • Working with multiple clients using MYOB and Xero
  • Payroll processing
  • Key Requirements:

  • Experience with bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets
  • Competent in all aspects of Bookkeeping including Payroll processing
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Flexible, adaptable and diligent with a positive and approachable attitude
  • Xero/ MYOB experience preferred
