Randstad are currently seeking strong and experienced call centre outbound call centre candidates for a leading national company on the South Side of Brisbane. This is a full time role and MUST be available Monday to Friday.

We are interested in individuals with experience in high volume sales call centre candidates with outbound experience. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls and providing customers with high level of customer service in a busy call centre environment.

About the role:

  • Making outbound phone calls to data base
  • Providing customer service
  • Appointment setting
  • Upselling over phone
  • Using multiple system databases
  • General call centre suties
  • Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

  • At least one year sales/customer service experience
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Experience in outbound calls
  • Competent in using different computer systems
  • A passion for customer service
