**The opportunity**

We are looking for
a Digital Product Manager within Oceania Digital Assurance team in our Sydney
or Melbourne office.

Are you passionate
about creating new products and solutions with global reach? EY Australia is
looking for a Digital Product Manager to manage the delivery of products across
a range of emerging technologies. The
role is offered on a flexible full-time basis for a maximum term of 12 months.

Being a data
driven and technology enabled organisation, we have a number of products to
commercialise. The Digital Product
Manager will work closely with various teams to make business decisions and
create product roadmaps that ensure that the solutions meet EY broader
strategies and standards.

There is a
pipeline of products to be managed, some with local focus and some with global
reach. You will work closely with our
Silicon Valley Global Innovation team and other technology and delivery teams
within EY’s Assurance business to collaborate and deliver industrialised and
scalable products.

The Digital Product
Manager will work with their Product Teams and nominated Product Owners in the business
and will report into the Senior Product and Programme Manager.

Candidates are
preferred in one of our hub locations in Sydney or Melbourne, but other
locations will be considered.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Mastery of aproduct management or project management methodology, tools and templates(includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and costmanagement) – a combination of traditional and agile/lean skills is preferred

+ Lead product teamconsisting of cross- functional, global groups, directly supervise staff,assign responsibility to members and monitor progress

+ Work closely withthe product owner, change lead, solution architects, business analysts to buildalignment on project delivery approach, issue and risk resolution

+ Ownership anddirect delivery of the product

+ Interface andcommunicate with project team, management and stakeholders locally andinternationally

**Skills and attributes for success**

+ 5 to 10 years’experience in product or project management

+ Experience inbuilding/delivering SaaS products and solutions

+ Experiencecommercializing products in the market

+ Mastery of DesignThinking, Agile, SAFE and PMP or Prince2

+ Knowledge and experiencein managing and delivering web and mobile applications development, analyticsand data science/AI initiatives

**Ideally, you’ll also have certification in:**

+ Project ManagementProfessional (PMP)

+ CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM)

+ SAFE

+ Design Thinking
