The Technical Inside Sales (TIS) role actively promotes and sells Pall Food and Beverage products to new and existing customers. The incumbent is responsible for managing and growing specific food manufacturing or beverage production accounts, prospect new customers and achieve Sales Target primarily by Telephone contact.
+ Make outbound telephone contact using a call cycle methodology to specific accounts to promote Pall products and solicit sales
+ To identify new business opportunities and grow new accounts. Make min. 8 prospecting outbound calls per day.
+ Utilizing CRM to record and log all telephone calls and outcomes in CRM including customer contacts
+ Utilize and update the sales funnel, leads and opportunities via CRM daily
+ Drive Sales of New and Focus Products
+ Provide technical and commercial support to customers and utilise Sales Tools, such as Product Information, Pall Website, Customer Presentations and Application data
+ Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for C&D accounts
+ Coordinate and use resources across functions to provide complete customer satisfaction
+ Negotiate customer pricing and raise quotations in CRM
+ Maintain General and Project Specific Communication Links with Colleagues in Other Territories
+ Build and Deploy New Product and Application Sales Tools, Including Success Stories, ROI Calculations and Sample Proposals
+ Provide Business Analysis Including Trend Data, Customer Retention and Development and other Activities as Required
+ Monitor Competitive Activity at Existing Customer and Direct Field Sales Personnel to Account as Needed
+ Create and Maintain Customer Profile and SWOT for Assigned Accounts Including Sales Potential, Operating Structure, Sites, Contacts, and Other Information as Needed in CRM
+ Draw on Available Resources as Needed to Achieve Regional, Market, Product or Account Specific Objectives
+ Contribute Best Practice Concepts from Customers and Counterparts within Pall
+ Build long term relationship with customer
+ Implement and maintain Strategic Account tool box
+ Perform Other Duties as Required
+ Perform with integrity
At all times the incumbent must preserve the confidentiality of customer’s applications and to be responsible to the safe operation and storage of all company property
+ Experience in tele-sales & ability to win business over phone and emails
+ Knowledge about food and/or beverages processing, production, and manufacturing. This may include but is not limited to: dairy processing, beer breweries, winery, juices, oil, flavoring & ingredients, and other food production
+ Highly motivated individual, who can build relationships via phone across customer organization
+ Excellent Oral and Writing Skills is a must
