Our centrally-located Brisbane based office will support existing programs and new proposals for Defence and Government, and we are seeking exceptional ICT architecture and engineering talent to support this growth.
Your new role
As an ICT Infrastructure Architect you will develop new infrastructure designs to enhance the current business offerings offered by our private cloud offering. In this role, your focus will be to reduce the lead time between equipment arrival and being put into service by designing an Infrastructure as Code solution. Working with our strategic vendors, you’ll pre-position new infrastructure solutions to be deployed into the environment. You will also own and enhance the internal Data Centre infrastructure monitoring and reporting solution.
You will primarily support the Chief Technology Office, On Going Services and major programs of work within the organisation. Additionally, the opportunity to work across accounts, both national and international is available for a successful candidate.
Other Accountabilities include:
You have in depth experience in Infrastructure Design in a complex Data Centre Environment, and are undaunted by large scale and complexity. You have a strong attention to detail and are able to draw critical information from relevant Subject Matter Experts.
