At Opal Aged Care, we know that companies don’t succeed, people do .
Our purpose is to bring joy to those we care for and our values of C ompassion, A ccountability, R espect and E xcellence reflect that CARE is at the heart of everything we do.
Having meaning in life is associated with better psychological health and functioning. Recently, meaning in life has also been established as a robust predictor of physical health.
At Opal, we strive to enable residents to continue to live lives of meaning and have opportunities to participate in purposeful activity. We encourage residents to actively contribute to their communities and to have a real sense of purpose in their day. Our teams proactively seek to support resident independence, participation and dignity, as legitimate entitlements of older people.
