Marketing Campaign Specialist
This opportunity is a full time permanent position, based at Rowville. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the purpose of the Marketing Campaign Specialist position is responsible for managing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns and programs to deliver on brand objectives and commercial growth for your portfolio. This position requires creative thinking, exceptional project management skills and hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide support to the Campaign Manager in developing and implementing the broader marketing plans and strategies.
Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end including campaign briefs for integrated campaigns across catalogue, point of sale, TV, radio, social media, emails and digital to relevant agency partners
Responsible for the marketing critical path ensuring all deadlines are met and coordinating timelines for campaign activity and ensure it is executed on time and within budget
Updating marketing promotional topline planner and campaign activity
Coordinate management of stakeholders WIPS, agenda/minutes, approvals (merchandise, marketing, ASMI, legal, supplier partners i.e. printers)
Present campaign concepts to stakeholders ensuring outputs are matching briefs and aligned to brand objectives
Provide support and service to the Brand Service Managers as required for your brand portfolio
Responsible for accurate and complete marketing comms packs and VM guides for your campaigns
Responsible for ensuring LAM platform has the most up to date “how to” and marketing templates for pharmacies to access
What We Are Looking For
A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Design or another relevant field;
3+ years’ experience in a relevant role
An equivalent combination of professional work experience and education/training
You Will Have
Experience in managing and implementing end-to-end campaigns across all channels including digital
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding organizational and time management skills and can manage multiple business priorities and projects.
Experience dealing with agencies as well as writing high quality media and strategic creative briefs.
Experience working with media and production agencies
Exceptional project management skills
Creative and proactive
Interest in pharmacy / healthcare
Prior experience in a retail / franchise organisation and/or in healthcare highly desirable
Experience with the ASMI advertising code is highly desirable
